Algemene voorwaarden fotoservice

1. De foto’s worden gemaakt door medewerkers van de KMDA vzw of door interim medewerkers die werken in opdracht van de KMDA vzw.
2. Doel van deze fotoservice is om de gasten in ZOO Antwerpen en ZOO Planckendael de kans te geven een afgedrukte foto als souvenir mee te nemen naar huis. Indien de kopers van de foto dit wensen kunnen ze foto’s ook downloaden voor verder gebruik naar eigen goeddunken. Zij dienen hiervoor de unieke code die zij bij aankoop van de gedrukte foto hebben ontvangen in te geven op www.zooantwerpen.be/fotopunt (voor ZOO Antwerpen) of op www.zooplanckendael.be/fotopunt (voor ZOO Planckendael)
3. Indien een foto wordt genomen van een minderjarige gaan wij ervan uit dat de begeleidende volwassene hierover het ouderlijk gezag uitoefent en  hiervoor de toestemming verleend heeft.
4. De genomen foto’s worden bewaard op de servers van Say Cheese Fotomarketing bvba, Broekstraat 61, 1700 Dilbeek. Uiterlijk drie maanden na het nemen van de foto’s worden de foto’s definitief verwijderd en kunnen zij niet meer door de kopers gedownload worden. Say Cheese Fotomarketing bvba en KMDA vzw verbinden zich ertoe de genomen foto’s niet te delen met derden en de nodige veiligheidsmaatregelen te ondernemen om deze te beveiligen.
5. Indien KMDA vzw een foto wenst te gebruiken voor publicitaire doeleinden zal hiervoor expliciet schriftelijke toestemming voor gevraagd worden door de KMDA vzw aan de geportretteerden of, indien het om minderjarigen gaat, aan een ouder of voogd van de geportretteerde.
6. De gasten die hun foto laten nemen staat het vrij om de foto, die zij kunnen consulteren op scherm in een foto-afrekenpunt, al dan niet aan te kopen.
7. Enkel aangekochte foto’s kunnen door de gasten ook gedownload worden.

Conditions générales du service photo

1. Les photos sont prises par des collaborateurs de la KMDA asbl ou par des collaborateurs intérimaires qui travaillent pour le compte de la KMDA asbl.
2. Le but de ce service photo est d'offrir aux visiteurs du ZOO d'Anvers et du ZOO Planckendael la possibilité d'emporter une photo-souvenir imprimée. S'ils le souhaitent, les acheteurs de photos peuvent aussi les télécharger afin de les utiliser comme bon leur semble. Il leur suffit de saisir sur le site www.zooantwerpen.be/fotopunt (pour le ZOO d'Anvers) ou sur www.zooplanckendael.be/fotopunt (pour le ZOO Planckendael) le code unique qu'ils ont reçu lors de l'achat de la photo imprimée.
3. En cas de prise de photo d'un mineur d'âge, nous partons du principe que l'accompagnant adulte exerce l'autorité parentale sur celui-ci et a donné son autorisation à cette fin. 
4. Les photos qui ont été prises sont conservées sur les serveurs de Say Cheese Fotomarketing bvba, Broekstraat 61, 1700 Dilbeek. Au plus tard trois mois après la prise des photos, les photos sont définitivement supprimées et ne peuvent plus être téléchargées par les acheteurs. Say Cheese Fotomarketing bvba et la KMDA asbl s'engagent à ne pas partager les photos avec des tiers et à prendre les mesures de sécurité nécessaires pour protéger celles-ci. 
5. Si la KMDA asbl souhaite utiliser une photo à des fins publicitaires, la KMDA asbl demandera, à cette fin, l'autorisation écrite expresse aux personnes photographiées ou, s'il s'agit de mineurs d'âge, à un parent ou tuteur de la personne prise en photo.
6. Les visiteurs qui se font prendre en photo sont libres d'acheter ou non la photo qu'ils peuvent consulter sur un écran à un comptoir photo.
7. Seules les photos achetées peuvent aussi être téléchargées par les visiteurs. 

General terms and conditions photo service

1. The photographs are taken by employees of KMDA vzw or temporary employees working for KMDA vzw.
2. The objective of the photo service is to give the guests of Antwerp ZOO and Planckendael ZOO an opportunity to take a printed photograph home with them as a souvenir. If the buyers of a photograph wish to do so, they can also download photographs for further use as they see fit. For this purpose, they must enter the unique code they received upon purchasing the printed photograph on www.zooantwerpen.be/fotopunt (for Antwerp ZOO) or www.zooplanckendael.be/fotopunt (for Planckendael ZOO).
3. If a photograph is taken of a minor we assume that the accompanying adult is authorised to exercise parental control and has thereby granted his/her consent to the photograph being taken. 
4. The photographs that were taken are stored on the servers of Say Cheese Fotomarketing bvba, Broekstraat 61, 1700 Dilbeek. All photographs are definitively deleted from the server no later than three months after the date on which they were taken. From this point onwards, they can no longer be downloaded by the buyers. Say Cheese Fotomarketing bvba and KMDA vzw shall undertake to ensure that the photographs that were taken are not shared with third parties and to take the necessary security measures to secure these photographs. 
5. If KMDA vzw wishes to use a photograph for publicity purposes KMDA vzw will explicitly ask the persons appearing in the photograph for written consent or, if this is a minor, the parent or guardian of the minor appearing in the photograph.
6. Guests who have their photographs taken are at liberty to buy (or not to buy) the photograph, which can be consulted on the screen of a photograph purchasing point.
7. Visitors may only download those photographs that they have purchased.
