Tickets purchased via the webshop before 16 February? The barcode on these tickets can still be used to request a Discovery code. Exchange is possible until 24 April 2026 inclusive. Further information is provided on the admission ticket you have purchased online.

- Buy your e-ticket at www.ZOOPlanckendael.be. After purchasing your tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tickets.
- Enter the barcode of your ticket in the barcode field. You will receive a unique code by e-mail with which you can purchase a discounted Discovery Ticket at www.nmbs.be/ZOOplanckendael.
