From Mechelen city centre (station), cycle along the canal towards Muizen. Follow cycling junctions 58 and 64 until you reach the Leuvensesteenweg. Turn right and after approximately 200 metres you will arrive at ZOO Planckendael. Enter Parking 1 – the bicycle parking area is located close to the main entrance.
The return route follows the same path, with a safe crossing of the Leuvensesteenweg via the pedestrian tunnel.
